Anna Riddell MSW, RSW
Anna Riddell (she/her) is compassionate and kind ally, guiding her clients on their journey of healing and growth. Anna combines her professional expertise with a down-to-earth approach that makes therapy feel comfortable and safe.
But what truly sets Anna apart is her genuine commitment to building meaningful connections with her individual and couples clients. She supports clients struggling with their relationships, their mood, being a parent, and/or folks who are simply feeling stuck in life. She’s here to offer a safe space to share, helpful interventions, and the guidance and support her clients need.
As both a psychotherapist, educator and mom, Anna's passionate about supporting pre-teens and teens, as well. She helps teens, and their parents, navigate through the ups and downs of school and adolescence. From tackling academic challenges to navigating peer relationships, Anna's got the wisdom and experience to guide her clients through it all.
Anna brings a breadth of experience and boasts an impressive eclectic professional background - from working as a social worker, to her adventures as an elementary and high-school teacher. Plus, as a certified yoga teacher, she knows a thing or two about the power of mindfulness and movement in healing.
Fueled by her passion for social justice and equality, Anna approaches her work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based perspective. In her sessions, Anna's goal is simple: to help you feel seen, heard, and understood.
When she’s not in the virtual office, Anna is spending time with her kiddo and loved ones, salsa dancing, getting outdoors and reading graphic novels.
With flexible daytime and evening availability, booking a session with Anna is as easy. Feel free to reach out and book a consultation or session today!
