Daniel Lee MSW, RSW
Daniel (he/him) is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist & Guide with a Master of Social Work from the University
of Windsor currently based out of Toronto, and serving clients virtually all over Ontario. 👨🏽💻
Daniel is a queer therapist who has many years of experience working in the social service field.
He is passionate about helping queer and BIPOC individuals (14+), as well as allies, explore therapy, discuss their mental health, and find self-actualization in environments that did not always allow this to happen.
Daniel has experience in supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, high stress situations, and low self-esteem. He is also a trained career counsellor, and is highly experienced in working with marginalized youth.
Daniel is also uniquely positioned to help individuals who are navigating a faith deconstruction,
and can help individuals exploring faith-based trauma, difficult life situations, a sense of
hopelessness, and disconnection from family, among other common experiences that come
with this process.
Daniel draws on a variety of different modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy,
Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy and operates
out of a client-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based lens. 💫
Daniel is accepting clients for evening and weekend appointments.
